Voucher Terms & Conditions

• This voucher is valid for the selected Loft Thai spa treatment or package purchased through the Flash Sale offer only.
• The voucher can only be used after [X] days from the purchase date. The first usable date will be calculated from the date of purchase and shown on the voucher or booking confirmation.
• The voucher is valid for [Y] days starting from the first usable date. After the validity period ends, the voucher will automatically expire and cannot be redeemed.
• This spa voucher is valid for use at any of our three Loft Thai branches only: Sukhumvit 24, Sukhumvit 38, and Sukhumvit 71. It cannot be redeemed at any other spa establishment.
• Prior booking is mandatory. Redemption is subject to appointment availability at the selected branch.
• The voucher must be presented at the time of redemption, either in printed form or digitally.
• This voucher is valid for a single use only and can be redeemed once for one booking.
• The voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other service outside the purchased offer.
• Discounts, promotions, special offers, or membership benefits are not cumulative and cannot be combined with this voucher.
• Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
• Loft Thai reserves the right to verify the voucher details before redemption and may refuse redemption if the voucher is invalid, expired, duplicated, or already used.
