Loft Thai Spa and OSIM Bring Thai Massage Mastery to the uDream.AI Well-Being Chair
Bangkok, Thailand – In July 2026, Loft Thai Spa and OSIM celebrated a collaboration that carries the intelligence of Thai massage beyond the treatment room. For the uDream.AI Well-Being Chair and its World Masters Massage Series, Loft Thai master therapists worked with OSIM teams to interpret stretching, pressure, rhythm and body positioning as carefully engineered chair movements.
Human expertise at the heart of innovation
The project began with a shared conviction: technology becomes more meaningful when it learns from real practitioners. Thai massage is never a simple list of movements. An experienced therapist reads the body, controls leverage, changes pace and creates a continuous sense of flow. Loft Thai brought that practical understanding to development sessions in which movements could be observed, tested and refined alongside OSIM engineers and designers.
Co-creating the Thai Stretch Massage experience
Within the World Masters Massage Series, the Thai Stretch Massage program translates principles usually experienced on a floor mat into a supported chair sequence. The work focused on controlled back and leg stretches, rhythmic pressure and transitions that feel coherent rather than mechanical. OSIM’s official uDream.AI presentation credits Loft Thai Spa and master therapist Khun Pie for this Thai contribution, placing Bangkok expertise alongside other international massage traditions.
The result is designed as an interpretation of Thai technique for the home, not a replacement for the judgement of a therapist. A chair can reproduce calibrated motions consistently; a practitioner still brings observation, conversation and moment-by-moment adjustment. Presenting those strengths together allows Loft Thai to defend the value of the living craft while exploring how its principles can inform a new category of wellness technology.
A five-senses philosophy with global reach
The uDream.AI concept also resonates with Loft Thai’s long-standing five-senses approach. OSIM combines massage with a wider environment of light, sound and other sensory elements, while Loft Thai has always treated atmosphere, aroma, tea, design and touch as parts of one guest journey. This alignment made the collaboration a natural extension of the spa’s identity rather than a simple name placement.
The chair was introduced in Asia with a wider international rollout planned. Loft Thai’s own announcement describes a reach of more than 80 countries worldwide. For a Bangkok-born spa brand, that scale gives Thai wellness knowledge an unusually broad platform—and shows that heritage can travel when it is translated with discipline, respect and a clear point of view.
A new chapter for the Loft Thai brand
From spa rituals and professional training to product development, Loft Thai has grown by turning hands-on expertise into experiences people can understand and trust. The OSIM collaboration adds an important new chapter: Thai massage knowledge contributing directly to the design of an advanced global product. It is a proud expression of the brand’s ambition—to honour the source, collaborate at an international level and help shape the future of wellness without losing the human intelligence that makes Thai massage distinctive.
